Design Value

WE DESIGN TO MEET YOUR NEEDS. All HiQual products are designed and engineered to the highest performance level at the lowest possible cost. When construction costs are taken into account, these buildings are the lowest cost per square foot available. Widths can be very competitive even to the 80' or 90' wide units.

Round Over Roof Design

The round over roof design is proven to be the configuration that provides the BEST PERFORMANCE AND LONGEVITY of all the main covers. Care must be taken at all times to ensure the covers are tight to the frame members and not allowed to damper in windy conditions. Any straight line roof configurations are considered to be less than adequate for maximizing the longevity of the covers.

Overhead Doors

HiQual structures allow for the installation of a variety of overhead doors. Fabric overhead are standard on all models - while wood or steel bifolds or traditional steel overhead can be easily accommodated.

Temporary Building Solutions

Balanced Engineering

THE PORTABLE LINE is designed to meet the most rigorous of applications. Using the most sophisticated modeling technologies available today, our engineers have physically tested each model of portable building to failure, and then redesigned to again ensure tha tall applications and loads are equally distributed throughout the entire framework of the building. These engineering and testing procedures make these units uncomparable in strength and durability.

HiQual portables are easily disassembled and reassembled in another location using all of the existing parts. These units are one of the few building that retain an EXCELLENT RESALE VALUE because of portability.

Engineered Trusses

HiQual trusses are engineered and built with heavy wall prime materials. HiQual truss depth is typically 20% deeper than other products on the market - resulting in a MUCH STRONGER TRUSS UNIT. Certified welding staff ensures the quality of each weld and truss component.

Truss Plates

Truss plates are STRATEGICALLY WELDED into the truss preventing hot spots or weak aras in high wind load conditions. The steel plates also prevent any twisting action withing the truss member.

Heel Plates

Truss end heel plates are made of heavy steel, MINIMIZING TWISTING AND FAILURE IN ACUTE WEATHER SITUATIONS. Heel plates offer a unique bolt on assembly creating a simple time saving erection procedure.
